Salmon and Rice in the rice cooker. It’s a great hack for a set it and forget it kind of dinner. The recipe is 1 cup rice, 6-8oz salmon fillet, 1 1u002F2 tbsps sesame oil and 2 tbsps soy sauce. Cook in the rice cooker and then add 1oz sliced green onions, 2 tbsps kewpie mayo, 2 tbsps sriracha and a generous amount of furikake rice seasoning. Serve with roasted seaweed, cucumbers and avocado. About 2 servings.
