You probably know by now that I love an olive oil meme 🫒 The truth is, some people just don’t know that focaccia has a lot of extra virgin olive oil in it and are shocked when they first see it. Others (the oil police 🚓🚨) simply cannot comprehend or accept it. And then there are the people like me that are just like, “yep, that’s right!” and then proceed to dunk their focaccia into more olive oil 🤣
