Acknowledge you’re having a panic attack - it’s going to be okay I promise ❤️ 2. Focus on breathing. Think about slowing your breathe - I count my breathes, 4 second inhales, 4 second exhales 3. Close your eyes and put your hand on your stomach and feel yourself breathing 4. Have some water near you 5.
