This is the horrific moment a talented performer was killed after being dragged by a horse at an acrobatic show in Russia. Stunt rider Anastasiya Maximova, 24, got her right foot trapped in the stirrups when she fell from her horse. The panicking animal raced round and round the arena out of control while Ms Maximova hung on unable to free herself. Spectators cried and tried to shield the eyes of their children from the distressing events. The performer had fallen less than one minute into her appearance in a display of Cossack horsemanship at the arena in Abrau-Durso village in Russia's Krasnodar region.
